- Direct referrals for any ordered test (EKG, Ultrasound, X-Rays, etc.) with all procedures done in patients’ homes
- Assist patients with prompt medication orders and refills
- Referrals to specialty doctors such as podiatry, EENT, ophthalmology, dentistry, etc. per PCP order
- Direct intervention with Public Aid for Medicaid application and services, or with Social Security for Medicare application
- MSW interventions for housing and various social programs
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services
- - All of our nurses and office personnel are multilingual.
- All nurses and office personnel speak a minimum of two languages including English, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, French, Russian, Korean, Tagalog, etc.
- - DME services and delivery are provided the same day or within 24 hours.
